Privacy policy

We only collect and process data that is necessary to operate our shop and fulfil your order:

• Order data: name, delivery address, e-mail, optional phone number
• Payment data: processed exclusively through our payment provider (Mollie); we do not store credit card details
• Contact requests: e-mail address and message content
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device (e.g. for security and error analysis)

Processing is based on Article 6(1) GDPR:

• Performance of the contract (orders, delivery)
• Legitimate interests (website operation, security)
• Legal obligations (e.g. invoice retention)
• Your consent (e.g. newsletter, where offered)

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to perform the contract, handle complaints and comply with statutory retention obligations (such as 10 years for tax records).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port and object to the processing of your data. Complaints can be filed with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Dutch Data Protection Authority).

Necessary cookies: We set technically necessary cookies (e.g. shopping cart, session) for the website to function. These do not require consent.

Analytics (Google Analytics): With your consent we use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. On your first visit a cookie banner appears where you can choose "Accept all" or "Necessary only". If you only accept necessary cookies, Analytics is not activated. Your choice is stored locally; you can change it later through your browser settings or by clearing cookies.

Third parties: Mollie (payments), Pictufy (room visualisation) and Supabase (backend/hosting) may carry out their own processing; their privacy notices apply to their services. We have data processing agreements in place with these providers.

Data is only shared with third parties where necessary: payment processing (Mollie), shipping partners and IT service providers (e.g. hosting, Supabase). All processors are contractually bound by privacy rules.

When we invite you to leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, we only share the data needed for that purpose (such as order reference, first name and e-mail address) with WebwinkelKeur.

WebwinkelKeur processes this data as a processor/controller for the review platform. Their privacy policy applies: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/privacy-policy/.
