Scope
Only these terms and conditions in the version applicable at the time of the order apply. Any deviating terms from the customer are not recognised.
Formation of the contract
The display of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By placing an order you make a binding offer. Our e-mail confirmation constitutes acceptance of that offer; the contract of sale is formed at that point.
Prices, VAT and shipping
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Delivery times and shipping conditions are set out on our Shipping & delivery time page. Delivery is to the address you provide. Risk passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancelling you have a further 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the full order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the parcel from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense (approx. € 7,25 per parcel; check your carrier's website for exact rates).
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories supplied and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the resulting decrease in value.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@hellowalls.nl. We will refund the order amount (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days of you notifying us of your return, provided we have received the product back in good order. Warranty and conformity
Statutory warranty and conformity rights apply. In the event of defects (such as production errors or transport damage) you are entitled to repair or replacement, and under the statutory conditions also to a price reduction or rescission of the contract. We respond to complaints within a reasonable time and resolve valid claims through replacement or refund. Contact: info@hellowalls.nl.
Complaints and disputes
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first raise any complaint with us by e-mail at info@hellowalls.nl.
