Returns & right of withdrawal

Not happy with your order? No problem. Every HelloWalls customer has 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Below you'll find exactly how it works, our return address and the EU model withdrawal form.

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancelling you have a further 14 days to return the product to us. We will then refund the full order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the parcel from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense — typically around € 7,25 per parcel; please check your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories supplied and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the resulting decrease in value. So please handle the product with care and pack it well for the return shipment.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@hellowalls.nl. We will refund the order amount (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days of you notifying us of your return, provided we have received the product back in good order.

Please clearly state your order number on or inside the parcel and keep your shipping receipt until we have confirmed receipt of the return.

How to return a product

  1. Notify your return – e-mail info@hellowalls.nl with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
  2. Pack the product carefully – preferably in the original packaging, with all accessories.
  3. Send the parcel – to the return address above. The cost of return shipping (approx. € 7,25 per parcel) is at your own expense.
  4. Receive your refund – within 14 days of your notification we refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs to the original payment method, provided we have received the product back in good order.

Warranty and conformity

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are always entitled to a product that performs as you may reasonably expect. We resolve the following at no extra cost:

  • Production defects – damage, print errors or wrong colours.
  • Transport damage – send us photos of the product and packaging and we'll ship a free replacement.
  • Wrong delivery – wrong size or material caused by us — we fix it.

For valid claims you receive a replacement or your money back. We cover the reasonable costs.

How to file a complaint

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  1. Describe the problem – be as specific as possible.
  2. Attach photos – of the product and packaging (for transport damage).
  3. Wait for our reply – we respond within 2 working days.

  • Measure your wall – make sure you order the right size.
  • Check on receipt – inspect for damage immediately and report it as soon as possible.
  • Keep the packaging – until you are sure everything is fine and you want to keep the product.
