FeltArt delivery to Great Britain
We deliver FeltArt sets of two panels from the Netherlands to England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not included. Sample kits, gift cards and other products are not available for British delivery.
Delivery: €30 for one or two sets of the same 60 × 60 or 60 × 80 cm format, per group of two sets. A 70 × 110 cm set costs €50 to deliver. Different formats are charged separately. The checkout shows your delivery charge before payment.
Paying HelloWalls: product prices and delivery are charged in euros. Dutch VAT is 0% on this export. Your payment provider may charge for converting pounds to euros.
Import charges paid separately: you are responsible for UK import VAT, any customs duty and clearance fees before delivery. These are not included in the amount paid to HelloWalls. UK import VAT is normally 20% of the goods after discount plus delivery and any duty. VAT may also apply to clearance charges. The delivery company calculates and confirms the final amount in pounds.
For example, a €169.95 set with €30 delivery costs €199.95 paid to HelloWalls. Allow approximately €39.99 equivalent for import VAT, plus any customs duty and clearance fees. The final import bill can differ from this estimate.
British orders must have a goods value above £135 after discount, excluding delivery. We apply a minimum of €165 or a higher current currency-adjusted minimum, shown at checkout, with a currency buffer. A gift card used as payment does not reduce the goods value; a promotional discount or sample credit does. If a discount takes your order below the minimum, remove it or add a set.

Our returns policy explains cancellation and returns. Import charges are collected separately by the delivery company; any recovery of those charges must be arranged with the delivery company or UK Customs.
Delivery costs
Delivery to Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium costs €15 per order, including VAT, regardless of the number or size of the products.
Orders containing only sample kits or digital gift cards have no delivery charge. Discount codes apply to the items, not delivery. Costs for other destinations are shown before payment.

Your wall art is packed to reduce transport risk, including reinforced corners for larger formats.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We resolve transport damage quickly.
